Wish List and we'll store it for you. As long as they are available on
our site they will remain in your Wish List. When you are ready to

Only Texas and Iowa residents are subject to sales tax.

When will you charge my credit card? TOP
Your credit card is charged upon placement of your order. Wholesale
orders paid by credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order.
Will I receive a receipt with my order? TOP
Yes. You will receive an online receipt, followed by a printed invoice
that you can use to exchange merchandises. The invoice will be included
in your package.
Do I need to enter my information every time I place an order? TOP
No, not if you become a registered shopper. Our shoppers love to save
time. As a convenience, you can register once and we will save your
credit card, billing and shipping information on our secure servers.
Simply click on "my account" at the top of the page and click
"register" to begin
Will I receive an email confirmation after ordering? TOP
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation that your order was
received. However, if you have not received your confirmation please
verify your email address by clicking on "my account" at the top of the
page or you may contact customer service at 817.201.3655 for further
assistance.
How do I cancel an order? How do I change an order? TOP
We accept cancellations within two days of order placement.
Cancellations or changes of online orders can not be done online -
please email customer service at customerservice@alissadayne.com to cancel or change an order. Please reference your order number. Custom orders can not be canceled, changed or returned.
Why is my order on backorder? TOP
Items that are unavailable to ship at the time of your order will be
marked on backorder. You will be given an estimated ship order date.
Please be aware that your ship date is an estimate and will be subject
to change. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee on
backorders.
How do I remove items from my shopping bag without having to start over? TOP
The convenience of your shopping bag allows you to add and remove items
at whim just before placing your order. In order to remove items from
your shopping bag, click on the link at the top of the page to first
view your shopping bag. To remove an item, simply click the "Remove"
button next to the item. Change an items quantity simply by changing
the number in the "quantity" field and click "change" to record your
updates.
I am having problems processing my order, what should I do? TOP
We diligently monitor our website for errors and performance. Before continuing please make sure the problem is not on your end. Give it a few minutes and try again. If this proves obsolete please call customer service at 515.360.9339.
How can I track the status of my order? TOP
You can request an order status by emailing us at orders@alissadayne.com
If your order has been shipped you may obtain a tracking number to view
the status as it is in route. Please reference your order number.
When will my order be shipped? TOP
In stock items will ship immediately. Because our pieces are made to
order, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment on all other items. This
time frame excludes large wholesale orders. Please contact customer
service for an estimated shipping date.
Will you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses? TOP
For security reasons AlissaDayne.com will not ship to PO boxes or
APO/FPO addresses. We will ship to any valid USA address. Please
contact customer service for questions regarding international shipping.
How can I send a gift? Will the recipient receive the invoice? TOP
If this is your only order and you would like us to remove the invoice from this package, please email us at orders@alissadayne.com. For any specific gift wrapping options you may contact customer service at 817.201.3655 for any of the gifting options below.

item will arrive ready for the giving-boxed with tissue paper, topped
with a bow and a blank gift tag for you to personalize.
Or, if
you are shipping the item directly to the recipient, we can personalize
the card for you with a handwritten message of 15 words or less, at no
additional cost.
What is your policy for returns or exchanges? TOP
AlissaDayne.com is as committed to achieving excellent customer
satisfaction as we are committed to delivering high quality
merchandise. Because our products are made to your order, we allow
exchanges only. Return the unused item in its original sealed condition
within 5 days and we will provide you with a store credit, less
shipping costs. We do not provide refunds, store credit only. Please
include invoice with the reason for your return. Please note that
certain items cannot be returned. For further clarification on this

Please pack your return in a secure package. If possible please use the
original shipping package. We will not accept COD's. We strongly
suggest utilizing shipping services from a carrier who can provide you
with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.
